Not a bad con, although there were some ups and downs. Some of the amusing parts:

-having a drunk guy ask to take a picture with me outside Trader Joe's Friday night and then try to hang out with us...
-getting locked out of the hotel room for half an hour because the battery in the door's card reader died

T_T I was doing laundry on Monday night, and I swear the room hated me. One of the washers was clearly out of commission, but there were 2 more so I figured no big deal. I'm so excited, the weekend we've been planning for for over a year is finally here! I spent the whole day getting ready: last-minute shopping, cosplay touch-ups, trying everything on, and packing. (Not to mention unpacking after returning home at 6pm yesterday.)

My application for the Cosplay Chessmatch was rejected this year. Suiseiseki apparently isn't a good fit for the theme. Therefore, on Sunday I will be wearing my version of "World is Mine" Miku Hatsune, in the wa-loli outfit I had commissioned like 2 years ago. (The first time I'm wearing a cosplay I didn't make, oh shame. But school will do that.)

I finished the translation of the game manual! (All except for the parts about using the link cable to trade items, I don't think I'll need that.) I am so psyched.
